We currently have two options available for customers. The first option is a general birthday card that is suited to multiple ages. The second one is age specific and contains a slightly different sentiment on the inside. Please specify your preference when placing your order online.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received before a FULL refund can be issued. During this 2 week period, all store orders will be revised and reshipped to meet customer's satisfaction. If a claim has not been issued during the first 2 weeks from the time your order has been received, sales will become FINAL and no product refunds or exchanges will apply. Additional fees will apply if you require further requests and/or revisions after the 2 week period. Fees are dependant on the entire scope of the project. We can provide you with a price quote if necessary.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO
To preserve the overall craftsmanship of each card, Paper Trails carefully wraps its items with extra packaging materials. Although we try to ship and deliver in a timely fashion, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive by the specified date as there may be restricted hours and unexpected delays through the postal service. Also, the more customization that is added to your order, the longer it will take. What we can guarantee is our best efforts to produce a product that suits your recipient's taste and has you looking forward to future designs. If you require a product reach its recipient sooner, delivery can be arranged and details on what is required to set up a delivery date and time will be provided.
